Many restaurants describe ingredients without publishing serving weights or nutrition tables. Dishes with similar names may differ in size, sauces and preparation. A precise number is therefore unreliable without restaurant data, so Spec shows a clearly labelled estimate range.
How Spec works inside Wolt
- Open a supported Wolt restaurant menu in Chrome.
- Spec uses the public dish name, description and image to show estimated calories and macros.
- Set a goal—such as at least 30g protein or at most 700 calories—and dim or hide dishes that do not fit.
- Choose a dish and complete the order normally in Wolt.
